  2. The voucher must be used in one go, within one year from the date of issue.
  3. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and funds paid are non-refundable.
  4. The voucher cannot be redeemed for non-hotel services or to cover spa fees.
  5. It is not possible to redeem the voucher during special dates (Christmas period - New Year's Eve - New Year - Epiphany, Easter, long May weekend, Corpus Christi weekend, long August weekend, long November weekend, and weekends (Friday-Sunday)).

  7. It is not possible to use the voucher when making a reservation without prior notification (point 1).
  8. The voucher is valid for a specified period. Extending the validity of the voucher may incur additional costs depending on the currently applicable prices.
